RECEPTIONIST Purpose of the Job

To attend visitors and make sure that they are directed to the respective offices.

Major Activities of the Job

Attend and register to all visitors by directing them to the respective offices.
Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy all times.
Assist visitors and take messages where necessary.
Forward messages to appropriate offices.
Report any bad events occurring in his/her place of work.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Minimum Job Requirements

Qualification

Form VI.
Certificate in Front Office Management or any relevant qualification from a recognised institution
Experience

At least Six (6) months of experience in a large organisation.
Experience in Customer Care and Front Office Management skills will be an added advantage.

GENERAL

Applicants for all positions MUST be ready to work any where in the United Republic of Tanzania.
