Oxfam Ireland is recruiting a Programme Finance Officer for a three year Fixed Term contract in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
What we are looking for The successful candidate will Be a qualified Accountant
3 years relevant work experience in the management of financial resources preferably in an NGO including:
audit
financial reporting requirements
operating computerised accounting systems and coding systems knowledge of spreadsheet design and use 2 years relevant experience of organising and providing training preferably in financial management, Willingness and ability to travel.
Be able to cope with difficult travel and working conditions on occasion.
